At Pavo Couture, you'll work in a fast-growing startup where no two days are the same. One day you're editing Reels or TikToks, the next you're diving into Meta Ads, emails, or helping with a shoot or launch. This requires creativity, flexibility, and a hands-on mindset, but in return, you'll be rewarded with plenty of freedom and opportunities for growth.

What are you going to do?

In this versatile marketing role, you'll work on everything related to content, growth, and branding. You'll contribute ideas, take action, and take responsibility. You'll work from home, at the office in Amsterdam, or on-site, depending on your needs.

Your Role (aka: Why This Is Fun)

Content & Creation

• Creating and editing content for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
  
• Editing short-form videos that people actually watch
  
• Devising creative Instagram concepts (reels, formats, dilemmas, Pavo's Favorite)
  
• Creating content for launches and moments like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas
  

Growth & Performance

• Thinking about campaigns based on data and learnings
  
• Working with Meta Ads: setting up, testing, analyzing and optimizing
  
• Evaluate creatives on CTR, CPA, ROAS, and scroll-stop power
  
• Creating visuals and videos for paid ads with a focus on performance and storytelling
  

Email, SEO & E-commerce

• Collaborate on newsletters and email flows (A/B testing, segmentation)
  
• SEO support: keyword research, content and technical checks
  
• E-commerce support (website checks, product updates, conversion optimization)
  

Brand & PR

• Collaborate on PR and collaborations
  
• Assisting with photo shoots (concept, styling, elaboration)
  
• Possibly participate in events
  

Who you are

• You are completely at home on social media and follow trends closely
  
• Creative, but not afraid of numbers and dashboards
  
• You switch easily: today this, tomorrow something completely different
  
• A sense of aesthetics, branding and storytelling
  
• Works with Canva (Photoshop/video skills = big plus, or you want to learn this)
  
• Independent, curious and solution-oriented
  
• You love fashion, luxury and strong visual communication

Stage Allround Marketing

(24-40 uur per week, vanaf eind augustus/september)

Ben jij altijd online, weet je precies wat er speelt op social media én wil je alles leren over marketing binnen een snelgroeiend fashion merk? Dan is dit jouw stage.

Voor Pavo Couture zoeken we een enthousiaste allround marketing stagiair(e) die ons team komt versterken. Tijdens je stage draai je volledig mee en krijg je een kijkje achter de schermen van een modemerk dat hard groeit. Van social media en influencer marketing tot Meta Ads, e-mailmarketing en campagnes: je bent overal bij betrokken en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid.

• Helpen met de online uitstraling, branding en positionering van Pavo Couture

• Analyseren van resultaten en ontdekken wat werkt
